• WhatsApp integration for healthcare communication

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers using our platform agree to:

• Maintain valid professional licenses and credentials
• Exercise independent professional judgment in all patient care
• Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
• Protect patient confidentiality and privacy
• Use AI suggestions as supplementary tools, not definitive diagnoses

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate health information
• Follow up with healthcare providers as recommended
• Not use the platform for medical emergencies (call emergency services instead)
• Respect appointment times and cancellation policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Aibers Health — including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Aibers Health and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (Google Drive, WhatsApp, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

9. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. By subscribing to paid services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Aibers Health is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for medical outcomes or treatment decisions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aibers Health, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
